Well my chore of weeding is complete and Greg tells me to take a rest and sit in the shade with a nice glass of water while he finishes up the sprinklers. Well if you know me you know I cant just sit there while Greg works. Which just makes me laugh as I am reminded of my close friends Karen and Chris. Karen has a few health issues and shouldnt work to much so her husband Chris is always telling her sit there and look pretty. I can do that I think. So I am sitting in the shade under my arch and am looking at this thorny climbing rose that Greg and the kids just hate. Especially as we have our big truck now and not the suburban and have less room to get by. So I start to think Well I am gonna start pruning this down some. Greg wont notice I have gotten up and starting working again...WRONG!! I am soon into pruning when hubby asks "Are you taking that thing out?" Ummm, Well, Umm.. Yes?? I respond which quickly earns me a two thumbs up from Greg. So once the rose is out I start rocking the arch back and forth thinking I can take this out? Thankfully hubby comes to my rescue and we soon have the arch removed and now have a MILE worth of space to get by. Which of course I have heard all week from everyone to Greg and the kids to my parents to even Toby the mailman on how much room we now have. As You can see!!

Sunday In The Garden
Well Spring has sprung here and we have TONS of work to do. What started out as me weeding the garden and Nate mowing the grass turned into a wonderful family work day. Greg started to replace all the damaged sprinklers and piping. The flower bed is now weed free. (Sitting here wondering how long that will last...Hmmm. 2 weeks?? Oh well the joys of owning a garden. But as my sign says above my front door.."May all your weeds be wildflowers"
Well Nate is done with the lawn mowing and is off to volunteer and learn some at our friends fish store. So now that his chores are done he is outta here. Naw I love seeing him wanting to help others. What a blessing.
